Smartcitymakassar.com. --Makassar- Around hundred thousands of Makassar locals flooded a Walk event as part of 408th Anniversary of Makassar, Sunday (01/11/2015). Since 05:30 Makassar local time, the Karebosi Square have been overpopulated by Makassar locals coming from all parts of Makassar.
Governor of South Sulawesi Province, Syahrul Yasin Limpo, and Mayor of Makassar, Moh. Ramdhan Pomanto were among the locals. Some known figures also joined the walk, such as former Mayor of Makassar, Malik B. Masry, Andi Herry Iskandar, Deputy Mayor of Makassar, Syamsu Rizal, Makassar Administration Secretary (Sekda), Ibrahim Saleh, Deputy Governor of South Sulawesi, Agus Arifin Nu'mang, Makassar Speaker of Council, Farouk M. Betta, and South Sulawesi Speaker of Council, M. Roem.
