Smartcitymakassar.com. --Jakarta- Current global health status has raised awareness on the importance of a healthy lifestyle. This has led to the increased consumption of healthy foods, which contributes to the rapid growth of functional foods and nutraceuticals industry. However, despite the booming interest and opportunities, this research field encounters many challenges.
Perhimpunan Penggiat Pangan Fungsional and Nutrasetikal Indonesia (P3FNI) is an association that accommodates professionals working in the field of functional foods and nutraceuticals in Indonesia. In collaboration with International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) and UBM, P3FNI will hold the Expo of Health ingredient (Hi) South East Asia 2017.
The conference aims to provide a platform to promote and disseminate current scientific and technological development related to functional foods and nutraceuticals, as well as its industrial application to both national and international community.
