Born in Luwu, on 18 December 1977, Yudi started his
professional career when was as student at the university. Yudi gradually
improved his professional competence during worked with an event organizer. With NV. H. Kalla, as marketing
staff, his business competence increasingly has been more and more improved.
Planning and business strategy are his main professional
competence that later brought him as Head Office (NV H. Kalla) in field of marketing
planning. A year later, in 2008, Yudi and his team were asked to develop ‘brand identity’ in order to introduce ‘H.
Kalla Toyota’ new brand, replacing the previous ‘PT. H. Kalla’.

Amanah (KIA), Yudi must exercised as well as implemented his planning strategy
expertise for marketing introduction of the new brand. One of his strategies, and his leading roles, was to establish an automotive-enthusiast communities. ‘Yaris Owner Indonesia’ is one example.
For Yudi, community is one of the most important factors in
marketing. Raising the brand image and
boosting promotion is very effective through community-base channel. His strategy successfully increased the sales growth
of Yaris brand and put this brand on the third rank of city car class in
Makassar.
Yudi has always been improving his automotive knowledge
by autodidactic way, for example, by asking advices from persons who are expert and full-experienced in automotive field. This way plays important role to his career path. The Director of PT. Kars Inti Amanah (KIA), Fajriah and
the CEO of Kalla Toyota, Hariyadi Kaimuddin, are some of his mentors.

(KIA) into one of the leading firms in automotive business. During 2011-2012, the sales of Chrysler,
Dodge and Jeep (CDJ) product reached 1000%.
It is totally out of the management expectation considering that CDJ
products were new in automotive market to that period of 2011 and that the
products just started the sales in 2012.
According to the husband of Yulitasari, professionalism
should be the bedrock of every works.
Work culture should be based on openness. Work can be as ‘mirror’ to reflect the
